What our streaming system does
It broadcasts live music from the bar to our own Facebook Page and YouTube, posts welcome, break and goodbye messages on those streams, and shares the stream link on our website.
What it reads
Our Page’s live video status and the public comments people post on our own videos — only to run and improve our streams.
YouTube API Services
Our streaming system and this website use YouTube API Services to stream to and upload videos to our own YouTube channel and to embed those videos here. By using this site you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms.
Google’s Privacy Policy applies to YouTube data: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
What we access and store through the API: only our own channel’s broadcast and video IDs and their status (live, ended or processing). These are kept in our scheduling database and server logs so the website can link each show. We do not collect, store or share any viewer data, comments, subscriber data or analytics data through the YouTube API Services.
How long we keep it: broadcast and video IDs are kept for as long as the show is listed on this site. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
Revoking access: You can revoke our app’s access to your Google data at any time via the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent or share personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Our website
Basic info you give us, like in our contact or booking forms, is used only to respond to you.
Data deletion
To ask us to delete any information related to you, email bougs@bougiesbar.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. We’ll confirm within 30 days.
